Mr. Oliver is Senior Vice President of a private investment group managing and
developing 93,000 acres in the Southwestern U.S. Pike was Vice President for
HomeFed Corporation, a developer of residentially driven master planned
communities. He was a principal of The Presidio Group, LLC, a founder of INTERRA
Strategies, and was employed at the California State Department of Finance and
the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research in Sacramento. Pike is a member
of the Urban Land Institute and Lambda Alpha, an honorary land economics
society, and a founder and emeritus member of the California Planning
Roundtable. He worked in China on planning and development analysis for an 1800
acre development zone south of Shanghai.
